The Advisory Board provides direction for the development of
the Empowered Non-Profit.
Caroline Boudreaux founded
The Miracle Foundation
in May 2000. She is dedicated full time to the
operation of this organization and the orphans it serves.
Additionally, she serves as President of
"Adoption Knowledge Affiliates",
a non-profit educational organization whose purpose is
to foster understanding of adoption issues and serve as
a resource to those whose lives have been touched by adoption.
She has a special interest in international adoption law.
Caroline is a founding advisory board member for
The Empowered Non-Profit and helps establish
design priorities and feature suggestions.

Duane Cawthron, electrical engineer, business owner,
and recovering former IBMer, brings a wealth of software
development experience to the board. He is an active member
of the
Rotary Club of Round Rock - Sunrise
and manages several web sites
for non-profit organizations.

John Zimmerman, electrical engineer, founder of Casa Grande Computing
and
Database Austin,
and recovering former IBMer, is developing software
for The Empowered Non-Profit.
For John, "code is poetry." Former board member
of the Austin Area Candlelighters, John is fortunate to be
included in the group of volunteers serving
The Miracle Foundation.
